Our client Project Services typically include:
- Providing highly specialised commercial and technical support on a flexible and scaling engagement model throughout the project-lifecycle
- Undertake formal assurance and compliance roles relating to CDM and QHSE legislation
- Undertake formal engineering and assurance roles; DPE, CEM, CRE across all key disciplines
- Prepare project related documentation on behalf of clients’: Pre-construction information, construction phase plans, project management plans, requirements mapping, risk registers
- Lead and/or support client teams in the delivery of multi-discipline projects of varying size and complexity
- Undertake independent and periodic audits and compliance reviews to confirm overall commercial health of client’s projects and programmes
- Undertake asset condition assessments and dilapidation reports
- Provide turnkey survey, design, installation and commissioning services for small / medium (£0.25m to £3m) Rail and Metro technology schemes
